AART Architects wins competition for Musholm Bay Holiday Centre

AART Architects has won the competition for the expansion of Musholm Bay Holiday Centre, which is the world’s most accessible holiday center for people with disabilities.

07.02.2013 / In collaboration with BSAA URBANlab, Bexcom and Keinicke & Overgaard Architects, we have won the competition for the expansion of Musholm Bay Holiday Park, located on the Great Belt beautiful coastline and sets new standards for how the available solutions can be integrated into architecture and design.

The expansion of Musholm Bay Holiday divided into two sections in the form of a multi-purpose hall with associated communal house and a number of new apartments. The new multi-purpose hall located in the heart of the resort center, while residences located in the periphery. By leaving the life and activities spread like ripples in the water from the multi-purpose hall out for vacation homes creates winning proposal a robust framework for future holiday resort that offers a unique view of the bay and the countryside.
